Every piece is printed to order in 2–5 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–4 business days (express 1–3 where available), so most orders arrive within 5–9 business days. Tracking is emailed when it ships.

Returns & replacements

Each piece is made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color or a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, we'll replace or refund it, and you usually won't need to send it back.
