Return & Exchange Policy

  • Made-to-Order Items
    All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind (buyer’s remorse).
  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
    • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
    • Clear photos of the issue may be required for verification
  • Lost Packages
    If your order hasn’t arrived, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Returned Packages (Shipping Issues)
If an order is returned due to a shipping issue (such as an incorrect address provided by the customer or carrier failure), we can reship the item once the issue is resolved. Additional shipping charges may apply.
