Made-to-Order Items
All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind (buyer’s remorse). -
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Clear photos of the issue may be required for verification

Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Returned Packages (Shipping Issues)
If an order is returned due to a shipping issue (such as an incorrect address provided by the customer or carrier failure), we can reship the item once the issue is resolved. Additional shipping charges may apply.
